Directed HKIA's 09-10 annual report. I led concept design, layout, cross-departmental charting, printer communication, and blue proofing to ensure exceptional production quality.
The Challenge
he challenge was unifying multi-departmental data into a cohesive layout, while managing tight print production schedules and ensuring flawless print quality from digital files to final output.
The Solution
I managed the full design lifecycle, crafted visual charts, coordinated with teams, and personally supervised print production—rigorously reviewing blue proofs to secure top-tier printing standards.
Outcome
The report gained global acclaim, winning International ARC Awards (Gold) and Corporate Governance Award (Platinum), setting a high benchmark for corporate annual reports.
